About Us

Our history

IGNYTE Design was founded in 2022 as a specialty firm dedicated to mechanical, electrical,
and plumbing engineering. We saw an opportunity to grow a company built by only the best and brightest engineers—a place where professionals can team up with unique and diverse clients not only to provide drawings, but to serve as trusted partners who add value every step of the way. Today, with a team of more than 30 members, we continue to grow, innovate, and thrive because we’re making a positive difference for our clients doing what we love to do.

About ignyte

Innovative, efficient,
and sustainable
MEP services

We’re not just a division or department, we’re an independent company built around engineering experts, each of us is passionate about the field we serve. With clients, we become part of their overall team, seeing the big picture and considering the entire organization, not just the project at hand.

Here, being brilliant doesn’t mean be being boring. There’s always fun to be had—whether fanning the flames of innovation or sparking up a lively conversation, the folks here at IGNYTE are different. To us, MEP is never mundane, it’s always shining brightly.

Dedicated MEP Specialists
Leaders in the field

IGNYTE Design started with revered experts in MEP. People who built their reputations by adding value. We earned admiration and respect across the industry, taking on challenging projects, even those where others have failed, never making excuses or pointing fingers.

IGNYTE Design’s extensive breadth of engineering services ranges from expansive mechanical projects including HVAC and energy and carbon reduction analysis to complex electrical assignments like power distribution studies and energy modeling, to major plumbing opportunities in domestic water system designs and laboratory RO/DI water systems design. From classroom additions and facility upgrades to district-wide infrastructure improvements, our K-12 expertise helps schools provide exceptional learning environments for future generations.

Every job and client is unique—we adapt to each, delivering seamless solutions that are on-spec, on-time, and on-budget.

A collaborative approach leads to trusted, long-term relationships. Our interdisciplinary specialists take a wholistic approach to every project, understanding and appreciating how their work integrates into the bigger picture. We are different than other firms who fall into the same patterns, producing the same basic drawings without much thought or creativity. We love to collaborate. We think differently and apply new technologies and innovations to our solutions that make everyone’s jobs easier.

Independent ownership has built IGNYTE Design around the needs and values of each of our team members. Here, people not only love what they do, they love where they do it. From the very beginning, leadership has understood that the overall happiness of the team would be key to their success. Providing opportunities like unlimited vacation days and flexible schedules in a fun, energetic environment—where growth is nurtured and voices are heard—has led to the attraction and retention of the best and brightest in the industry.
